Originating from Mexico City, tacos Al Pastor takes its signature flavor from the guajillo chili and oven-roasted tomatoes, cumin, coriander, and thyme back these up as well as notes of cinnamon and cloves. Yo Mommas marinates the pork for at least three days to let the chilis and spices penetrate the meat and then we slowly cook the meat on our grill for up to three hours ensuring the juiciest most tender meat possible! Try it out with our delicious Salsa Roja topped with a slice of Pineapple.
We use the best cuts of beef possible for our signature Carne Asada, marinated with traditional spices and herbs, like Oregano, Garlic, and Onion, with a hint of citrus. Yo Mommas! Cooks our Carne Asada fresh every day! Our number one selling mouth-watering steak will have you coming back for more every time! Try it out with our House Made Salsa Verde and top it off with one of our spicy cremas or guacamole.
Chicken Tinga is a dish that initially came from the city of Puebla, Mexico. “Tinga,” meaning stew made up of tomatoes, onion, garlic, and smoky chipotle, with oregano, bay leaf, and thyme. Yo Mommas! Marinate our sustainable, cage-free chickens for up to two days; then, we slowly roast them to perfection. After we add tomatoes, onions, and serrano peppers, along with our signature spices and herbs and let it simmer till the meat falls off the bone. Try this delicious dish with one of our fruity crema’s, like our signature banana pasilla, or our spicy and sweet strawberry habanero hot sauce. This dish will make your taste buds do the tango!
Carnitas, literally meaning “little meats,” is a dish of Mexican cuisine that originated in the state of Michoacán. Yo Mommas! Carnitas are made first by curing full cuts of pork. Then we slowly simmer the meat in its natural juice until they’re juicy and tender. This meat is excellent as is, or with chopped onions and cilantro. We suggest using one of our spicy green sauces like our hot serrano sauce to balance out the rich texture of this amazing taco!
Our vegetables are prepared fresh and seasoned to perfection
to compliment the vegetable’s natural flavor.
